Short version: Beginner Gym Timer is a local-only app. It does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data. There is no account, no analytics, and no tracking.
Beginner Gym Timer does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data. It is designed as a local-only gym rest timer that works entirely on your device.
The app may store workout edits and active workout session state locally on your device. This data is used only to keep the app working — for example, to remember which set you're on — and is never sent to Mark Utility Labs or any third party. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
The app may use local notifications to alert you when a rest period is complete. These are scheduled on your device. Beginner Gym Timer does not use remote push notifications for marketing or tracking. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
Beginner Gym Timer does not include:
The only system capability the app asks for is notifications, used solely for rest alerts. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photo library, or health data.
Beginner Gym Timer is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data at all, no such data is gathered from any user.
